At IBI we have a self set floating lead goal that is estimated at the time of order based on the type of barrel and a variety of other conditions such as machine maintenance, order volumes, material availability, personnel shortages, etc.

While we try as hard as possible to meet and exceed these goals we sometimes can beat them by a mile and other times we fall short..

By ordering from IBI, I acknowledge that my custom made to order barrel could take more (or less) time to complete than the current posted lead goals and I am prepared to wait.

Lead goals are as follows as of Summer 2025 (APPROX) –
Steel blanks 4-7 weeks.
Steel prefits/drop ins – 5-9 weeks
Carbons 7-12 weeks
Shouldered prefits – 7-12 weeks

BARREL CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS.

If you want to make changes to your order it can be done BUT once the order has been made, any changes are subject to $50 fee per change.

Cancellations after we are cutting steel are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Rimfire barrels over 22″ are subject to overlength fees.
